Juniper Berry Metheglin
 

Our version of a wintertime Metheglin (spiced mead) - it is steeped with Juniper Berries and their growing tips, thus, it not only has complex gin-like qualities but also piney hints of a Scotch Ale.

Three Berry Melomel
 

Our melomel (fruit mead) features three berries from our property - Wineberries, Mulberries & Blackberries. It has a mixed character which is slightly drier than our other meads.

Traditional Mead
 

Our semi-sweet mead which, this year, features metaphome honey fermented with champagne yeast and well water. The delicate flavor of this unique honey produces quite a different "traditional mead".

Honeysuckle Metheglin
 

Our other metheglin is a "bottled moment of summer" - it is fermented with hand-picked honeysuckle blossoms and the result is a subtle floweriness on the tongue, which marries with the delicate honey flavors.

Cassis Melomel
 

Our other melomel is semi-dry and is fermented with locally grown black and red cassis currants and has the unique flavors of this well-known European fruit and flavor.

Crabapple Cyser
 

Our own version of a cider-like apple mead with a tart, semi-dry finish. Made with Virginia crabapples and antique varietal apples and aged to perfection.

Our salute to traditional'old world' hybrid beverages -- a unique taste which borrows flavors from honey, malt & hops. The drink of choice in 14th & 15th century England that still rings true today.

Old English Style Hard Cider
 

Our "seasonal" hard cider blended with old time apple varietals such as, Albemarle Pippin, Ashmead Colonel, Spitzenburg & Virginia Crabapples. Our farmhouse style cider is cask-served at our tasting house.
